The measurements for this well are: 37" length x 24" width x 24" height. The well is made from a medium gauge galvanized steel, the top is 3/4" rolled for extra strength and safety. Comes with pre-punched flanges for easy attachment to the foundation wall.

The cover is made with 1/4" clear pebblized Lexan, has a stainless hinge to allow for access without removing the complete cover. Comes with a thumb latch lock to secure the cover and not allow the wind to lift it. This item is shipped with all the necessary mounting hardware and easy installation instructions.

NO SPECIAL TOOLS ARE REQUIRED FOR INSTALLATION.
