Sloped Design Crawlspace Well Covers - HDPE

Our custom sloped design crawlspace covers are constructed with an all aluminum welded frame with a powder coat finish.
Comes standard with aluminum hinge & rivets, (2) quarter turn latches and lock hasp.
The cover material is a 1/4" HDPE (high-density polyethylene).

**Optional side vents are available.   Please note:  A minimum 6" height is required for venting.  The vents are a 4" louvered aluminum that do not close.

**Material has UV protection.

This will easily support 250 pounds and will not get brittle and break.
This style of cover is designed to be mounted directly to the top of your concrete or wooden well walls.

All mounting hardware and instructions are included.

How to determine the correct size to order:

When determining the size of cover to order for your well, we recommend that you measure the widest points of your well (width & projection) and then order a cover that will be slightly smaller than those dimensions.

We recommend not going all the way to the outside edges, but about 1" away.  This would mean to subtract 2" from your width measurement and subtract 1" from your projection measurement.   This will give you a little wiggle room for an out of square opening.

PLEASE NOTE:  All covers will slope down to 2" in the front.    So if you order a cover with a 2" rear height, it will be a flat cover and not have any slope.

If the top of the foundation crawl door access sticks above the top edge of your well, the rear of the cover has to go above this opening by a minimum of 1-1/2". So this determines how much of a rear height that you will need.

If the top of the foundation crawl door access is below the top edge of your well, we recommend staying with a 6" or under rear height as this will help reduce the shipping charges.
