36x30NH Crawlspace Well & Cover Package

 

 

This is a combination well and cover package. NON-HINGED COVER
 

* ( a non-hinged cover is fully removable, which allows full access into the well area without restriction)
 

The measurements for this well are: 36" width x 30" projection , heights from 24", 30", 36".
 

The well is made with 18 gauge galvanized steel, the top is 3/4" rolled for extra strength and safety.
 

Comes with pre-punched flanges for easy attachment to the foundation wall.
 

The cover is made with 1/4" hdpe plastic material with UV protection.
 

Comes with 2 quarter turn latches to secure the cover and not allow the wind to lift it.
 

This item is shipped with all the necessary mounting hardware and easy installation instructions.
